ready.... go Dallas Mavericks

The Mavericks sold out every home game this season and they finished second in the league in total attendance behind the Chicago Bulls, who have the biggest arena in the NBA.

The big question is why the Mavericks weren’t better than 26-15 at home. That record wasn’t much better than their very impressive 23-18 road record. There were 11 teams in the league with better home records, including all seven playoff teams in the Western Conference.

The Mavericks certainly can’t blame their lukewarm home record on the fans, who continue to support the team that has a 514-game sellout streak going.

“We need to play better at home,” owner Mark Cuban said. “But I don’t know what it is. It’s disappointing that we haven’t played better at home, particularly because our fans have been amazing. They’ve been as good as they’ve ever been. I don’t know what to attribute it to.”

Considering that their first-round opponent in the playoffs, San Antonio, had a league-best 30-11 road record, the Mavericks will clearly face a major challenge protecting the American Airlines Center court when the series shifts to Dallas for Games 3 and 4.

Dallas Mavericks

EXACTLY! Ugh. Even the Mavs’ official FB fan page gets a lot of hate. Who the hell would even hang out on a page of a NBA team they aren’t even a fan of? Don’t mind them.

it doesn’t bother me, really. it’s mostly that i made this page cause i wanted to find people who LIKE the things i like and interact etc with them so it’s like -_______- when i get a message and then it’s just hate. like. okay. idk why they think i care about their opinions. it’s dumb.

not gonna publish it cause they’re looking for attention but i feel like i always get random shit talkers in my ask during playoff time. like. ok. if you wanted to annoy me you succeeded but i’m not gonna get in a fight with a rando stranger on the internet. i’m 25, not 15. so. feel free to troll twitter or someone else who feels like engaging your boredom or whatever it is that compels you to send hate to a fan page who hasn’t even said anything about your team.
